Whether you have successfully purchased items in either a Live Auction, Timed Auction, or Online Gallery, you have the option to collect from our Head Office in Lilyfield NSW, Sydney, during business hours by appointment (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)

Ozbid offers Free Shipping to all Australian state capitals and metropolitan areas only.
Ozbid will package up and send with a sign on delivery courier. This service has no charge to the buyer unless you are not home to receive and sign for the goods. In the case of a ‘re-delivery’ of goods by the courier all charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This will range anywhere from $30 upwards depending on the size and weight of the package/packages. This re-delivery charge will need to be paid in full before this service is arranged.
** Please note: if you have purchased artworks over the value of $3000 per piece or if they are deemed to be rare pieces Ozbid will be in contact with you to discuss a specialised delivery option at a cost to include insurance cover for loss or damage, in this case our free delivery will not be available.
** Please note: if you have purchased an extra large piece in excess of 2m x 1.3m Ozbid will need to discuss alternative delivery options. In this case Ozbid can only offer free shipping if we can deliver the item/s when Ozbid is in your specific area within the next few months. If the artwork is needed before such a time fees will apply.

OzBid Auctions is open to bidders from all over Australia and our National delivery service means that you can focus on the excitement of bidding knowing that OzBid Auctions will look after the delivery to your home or office.
OzBid Auctions head office is located in Sydney NSW, so if we conduct an auction in Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide or any other city we will transport all winning bidders items to Sydney FREE of charge. If you live in Sydney you may collect from our head office or arrange a ‘Local’ delivery.
If you are not in Sydney your artworks will be professionally packed and prepared for shipping. We will package your item/s securely and arrange for a door-to-door, sign on delivery courier service. This usually only takes a few days after the auction is complete.
Once the courier pick-up has been booked, you will receive an email from us with the online tracking details. If there is no one to sign for the delivery, you will be left a note by the courier that they attempted to deliver your package. You can then contact the courier to arrange re-delivery (re-delivery may be subject to a fee payable by the puchaser)
If you are an international bidder you can rest assured that OzBid Auctions will arrange the appropriate method of shipping your items to you.
In most cases, we will un-stretch the artwork (mostly for Aboriginal artworks or works on canvas) and arrange for a cost effective quote to send the item or items via international courier to you in a tube. We usually use FEDEX, UPS, TNT AIR. If your item/s do not require un-stretching, we will securely package the item/s as is. Once the pick-up has been booked with the courier, you will receive an email from us with the online tracking details.
Below is an indication of courier costs for shipping in a tube:
Small tube: around 60cm in length = $80 (this will be up to 2 items bundled)
Medium tube: around 90cm in length = $120 (this will be up to 2 items bundled)
Large tube: around 120cm in length = $180 (this will be up to 2 items bundled)
Extra large tube: around 150cm in length = $220 (this will be up to 2 items bundled)
