Patrick Carroll (AUS)

Patrick Carroll is an Australian contemporary, realist painter and sculptor born in New South Wales in 1949. Patrick studied at Bathurst Technical College and at the Royal Art Society and since 1974, has been working as a full-time artist.

Patrick holds over 100 awards and commendations since 1965 and has held 35 Solo exhibitions since 1974.

Iconically, Patrick was the first Australian artist to paint inside the famous Luna Park theme park and held a hugely successful exhibition there.

Patrick is most recognised for his exceptional landscape illustrations, which evoke a strong sense of realisms whilst still incorporating his unique expressionist ideas. Patrick’s works have been said to energise his viewers in a unique and serene way.
